For Innistrad: Midnight Hunts, Wizards of the Coast comes with a set of four brand new Commander Decks! Commander (formerly EDH) is a Magic: the Gathering game type where each player plays with a 99- cards deck, led by a Legendary Creature: the Commander. Apart from the 6 basic lands, a Commander deck may not contain double cards and in the card choice for the deck you are also limited to the colors of your Commander.
To support this popular multiplayer format, Wizards has designed two new commander decks in the world of Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. Each deck contains 100 black - bordered cards, including 19 brand new, previously unreleased cards. Each deck is designed to perfectly match the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt set thematically. Furthermore, each deck contains two foil commanders. The new cards are tournament legal in Vintage and Legacy.
A deck also includes a foil-etched display commander. This card replaces the oversized commander card you got before. The display commander is printed on a much thicker material, is foil-etched and has the size of a regular Magic: the Gathering card. A wonderful replacement for your Commanders on the battlefield!
This Innistrad: Midnight Hunt commander deck includes:
- A deck of 100 black-bordered cards, including 19 previously unreleased cards.
- Two foil commanders.
- A foil-etched display commander.
- 10 double faced tokens per deck.
- A cardboard deckbox for 100 sleeved cards.
- A life wheel.
